Depending on the needs of the individual or team, we use various assessment tools to enhance awareness, and to create a foundation upon which to define goals and actionable strategies. 

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) - This self assessment provides awareness and clarity of purpose, and enables teams to work better together by creating a better understanding and appreciation between team members and colleagues. This assessment can be used to improve teams, develop leaders, resolve conflict, guide career exploration and strengthen communication.

LEADS in Caring Environment 360 Assessment is a feedback process primarily for development purposes. It focuses on leadership and takes the capabilities identified in the LEADS in Caring Environment capabilities framework and identifies sentinel behaviors that would be exhibited by front-line, mid-level, senior, or executive level leaders. This is a multi rater assessment.

We also work with Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI),  EQ (Emotional Quotient) 360,  Clifton Strengthsfinder and Motivation by Appreciation.
